Many clients choose to commission me as their newborn photographer because I make portrait sessions incredibly easy. For families with toddlers, this is especially true. Mamas are often emotional and a bit nervous about the transition from one baby to two (I still remember the feeling well), and with a little planning, and lots of well thought out luxury touches, we are able to provide an easy, relaxing, and enjoyable newborn photography experience for mamas that results in gorgeous images.

How do we make newborn sessions with toddlers easy? It starts with providing studio wardrobe for the whole family. Parents are encouraged to come by the NJ photography studio for a consultation to discuss their artwork preferences and select wardrobe that will match the vision for their home. Second, third, or fourth time mamas sometimes prefer the easy of a Zoom consultation. Once we have an idea of mom’s preferred color pallet and style, I coordinate outfits for other parents and siblings. All mom has to do it remember to bring under garments and her family to the studio!

I also work with an incredible team of makeup artists who are available to come to your home, or meet you at the New Jersey studio, to prepare you for your newborn and family photography session.

What else makes me your toddler’s favorite newborn photographer? Fun! I give big brothers and sisters lots of attention, lots of jokes, and yes, lot’s of individual portraits that beautifully document their silly, thoughtful, and wonderful selves. I have endless patience and lots of empathy; I adore your toddler in all their emotional playfulness. I have a variety of special treats to use as “carrots” if need be (always offered only with parental prior consent), but I rarely need them because kids of all ages have a great time at photography studio.
